Leading green manufacturing in a circular economy

INSEE always focuses on the vision of sustainable development, in which the most typical is the "Green Production" orientation. First of all, our waste heat recovery power plant meets 25% of the plant's electricity needs, indirectly reducing about 25,000 tons of CO2 emissions in a year, equivalent to 9,300 tons of coal. Moreover, INSEE installed the most modern cement production line system, especially at Hon Chong - Kien Giang factory with bag dust filtration system is considered one of the advancements in the development process towards improving the INSEE Environmental Index. The average dust emissions at the main chimney of the Hon Chong clinker kiln in particular and of all INSEE cement factories are generally 5 times lower than the permitted limit according to national technical regulations QCVN 23: 2009 and QCVN 41: 2011 are 100mg / Nm3. In addition, we also replace about 25% of the heat to produce clinker with Ecocycle co-processing technology, which is environmentally friendly, saves non-renewable fuel, reduces carbon emissions and that means reducing the need for waste burial.

Accompanying sustainable projects

INSEE Vietnam always strives to integrate sustainable development into our core business to set new standards in sustainable development through our positive impacts on prosperity, schools and people in Vietnam. By using alternative raw materials such as fly ash and steel slag to replace clinker in cement production, INSEE Vietnam has significantly controlled the use of clinker in our cement formulation, contributed to reduce the amount of CO2 emissions are at least 24% for every ton of cement produced. This does not affect industrial performance or product quality, this even improves and enhances the quality of cement such as increasing durability and corrosion resistance ... Beside that, INSEE is proud to be the first cement suppliers with product portfolio was awarded the International Green Label by the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) and met the green building standards of LEED, LOTUS, GREENMARK, ...
